I am a passionate teacher and believe that each and every child deserves a high-quality education in a safe, nurturing, and productive classroom environment. I feel by having high expectations and a quality curriculum based on the STEAM program, and the Common Core State Standards, our students will become engaged, productive, and ultimately independent global citizens.
Washington Elementary staff and administration is a collaborative, creative and dedicated team of individuals meeting the needs of our students each and every day. Washington is a place to be inspired, motivated and challenged. I am proud and invigorated to be part of our new STEAM magnet starting in the fall school year 2014-2015. What an exciting time to be part of this new curriculum with hands-on learning to motivate our students to be prepared for today and beyond.
